Shipping Most orders ship within 48 hours. On weekends, orders received after noon on Friday will be shipped out Tuesday afternoon. Orders received on a United States holiday will be shipped out the next business day afternoon. We'll notify you by email when our warehouse has shipped your order. We include a tracking number in the email.
Please note items such as Golfbags, Travel covers, or large quantity golfball orders will be subject to an oversize charge by UPS. The Oversize charge will be emailed to you within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

International Orders
International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT PAY CUSTOM FEES OR DUTIES AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL, NEED2GOLF.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE CUSTOMER'S CREDIT CARD FOR THE AMOUNT OWED. You must contact your local Department of Commerce or other government office for any duties and taxes that may be added. Duties or taxes may be added at the time of deliver.
Because of increased internet fraud, we are no longer accepting foreign credit cards. Return Policy All returns must be within 30 days of original shipping date. There are absolutely no returns on closeout items. Return authorization is required from Need2Golf.com for any returned
merchandise. We cannot refund or exchange used clubs or special order
merchandise. Once you have hit or played new clubs, or have used the equipment, it is no longer considered new equipment. All returns with used condition will be returned to the sender at his/her own expense. Please email prior to

Need2Golf.com will refund only the full purchase amount for unused golf products, excluding the shipping and 10% handling fees.
Warranty Issues Golf equipment purchased from Need2Golf.com is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.

In the event that your club is defective (within 30 days of purchase) we will have your broken club picked up by UPS
(No Charge). Need2Golf.com will then ship a new club to you UPS ground service
(No Charge). After 30 days has expired, you are responsible for the shipping and handling fees for returning your golf equipment to
Need2Golf.com for warranty service. Once your return is received, we will replace your equipment with a new product or have the equipment repaired in accordance with the golf manufacture's warranty policy.
Need2Golf.com will then ship your equipment to you UPS ground service free of charge.
